I am passionate about nutrition, fitness and living a healthy lifestyle full of balance and moderation. I am a mother of two young kids, Jack and Reese, who tries to get delicious, real food on the table every night, while trying to manage my children’s activities and often working unconventional hours. I understand what you’re up against, and I’m here to tell you that positive change is entirely, absolutely, 100 percent possible and within your reach.  I can and will help you get where you want or need to go. I look forward to meeting you and helping you make a new, personalized, healthy plan for you and your family!
